This Week in Food is a show about food by a chef who is also a teacher. He talks with guests and sometimes takes one subject and explains it fully.

From the Producer

All Chef Tom wanted to do was to learn how to cook so he went to cooking school many years ago. He then worked in the best hotels and restaurants in Chicago. He cooked for families and did some catering. Then he went back to cooking school, not to learn so much as to teach. He's been at The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago for almost ten years now. He's been on the web since 1998 and podcast since the summer of 2005. Each week he brings guests, some new and some old, into his kitchen and they talk about food. The talk is lively each week as he talks with his guests. Sometimes it's just him talking about some facet of food. Either way it's a light and fun show about food. Enjoy!
